It really tests your limits, and he said that he’s never felt as physically drained as he did after he finished that particular race. But he doesn’t stop there. He’s also done a Spartan Race, which is another big race. A lot of these mud runs have many different cool obstacles that you have to conquer, which can be really fun but also really challenging, I imagine. It’s got to be tough practicing for this type of thing, and probably the best thing that you can do would be to just stay in shape as best as you can. I might even set up a basic obstacle course in my backyard from found objects to see how I might fare when faces with unorthodox racing things.

I’m really not doing one of these races to spite my friends. I just want to show them that I can go above and beyond expectations, and that I can play their game too if I really want to. And I do; I just never really believed in myself before now. But if ever there was an event to make someone believe in themselves, this type of thing would be it.
