ChaLEAN Extreme: Reshape the Body for Summer

With the ChaLEAN Extreme program, I am sure that I will be able to reshape my body just in time for the summer. I just can’t wait to strut my stuff.

This summer I will be spending the whole season in my friend’s beach house somewhere in California. And since all my friends are going to be there, I wanted to make the most out of it. I want to be able to enjoy every last bit of the moment.

Three months prior to summer we all went to shop for swim wears. I found a really cute and sexy bathing suit but at the present figure and weight I have, I will not look good on it. They told me to buy it and just work out. So I decided to try ChaLEAN Extreme.

The workout was real intense but I dare say it was worth it all after seeing my body became leaner and sexier in time.

I Lost More Than 10 Pounds Already

I found this online and got it for a really low price in an auction. It’s not my first home workout but I love it! Whenever I workout with this, I get the results that I am looking for. I loved going to the gym but when things became really hectic for me, I started missing my workouts often.

Since I started, I lost more than 10 pounds already. I like the style of Shaun T as he delivers clear instructions. No more crunches whatsoever. Enjoying a Day with a Rebounder

One lazy morning I felt like doing something new. I found my old rebounder or mini trampoline in my garage. Memories came back to my mind of the days that I was playing with this equipment and whom I played it with. Those where just fun memories and nothing compared to any I have felt in my life. As I was setting up the rebounder outside my garage, I remembered the time when my father was setting this equipment for me and he taught me everything about a rebounder. He taught me how to set up the trampoline and how to safely use it. As I was laying the first base, my son got out of the house and asked me what was I doing and the thing that I was setting up. With those questions, all I can remember was that time with my father and I felt that it was high time to share the experience with my son.

The Wedding Day Workout Plan

Ok so there are some rules for this. If you have to be up at the crack of dawn to get ready for your wedding then I am probably going to suggest not doing a wedding workout.

You’re going to need all the sleep you can get for your big day!

However if you’ve got some time between waking up and getting ready or if you’re like me and simply can’t sleep in then there is no reason not to help get your anxiety out with a small workout.

And I mean small, don’t make a morning out of the gym. Just a little something to help get your blood pumping, to help with nerves and help you feel great.

In terms of length I suggest just a 30 minute sweat session. Have it filled with either intervals or a circuit workout. These go by fast, burn serious body fat and definitely help you to release your tension.

For intervals pick a form of exercise such as biking, running, doing push-ups… whatever. Then determine an interval time. My favorite is 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. During those 45-seconds it’s all about working out as hard as possible.

For a circuit choose a few exercises, I like 4-6 and do them for a certain rep set or for a set time. For example, I might do 30 reps of squats then go straight into 30 reps of push-ups.

Whatever you do just take it easy, and take in the day. It’s amazing how fast it goes by and how fast you forget that you’re nervous. When the wedding begins it’s just you and your groom… you’ll forget about everyone else.

The Best Things About Treadmills

Treadmills are probably one of the easiest pieces of exercise equipment to use. If you can walk, you can use a treadmill. A walk outdoors on a nice day is a great thing to experience. Slightly Adjusting a Normal Circuit Routine to One That Can Be Done at Home

Since I don’t want to pay for a gym membership, I decided to exercise at home without equipment and to really focus on body weight exercises. Most of the time I use some type of weights or resistance exercises but this month I’m going to focus purely on at home exercises.

Some great was to workout at home are bodyweight circuit routines. Normally, I would do a circuit that looks like this:

  1. Clean and Press
  2. Weighted Knee Raise
  3. Weighted Step-ups
  4. Pullups
  5. Incline Pushup
  6. Triceps Dips

But because I am focusing on working out without equipment, I’m going to have to change it up a bit. I’ve decided to take this routine and incorporate it into my home workout routine:

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Spiderman Pushups
  3. Walking Lunges
  4. Spiderman Climb
  5. Wall Squat
  6. Plank Exercises
  7. Burpees
  8. Running in place

This seems like it will be a very effective method and routine to workout at home!

I'm Going to Try Turbo Fire

I’m looking for a cardio workout where I can shed a lot of pounds fast- I mean like really fast. Summertime is almost here, and I need to lose a few pounds before it actually gets here. I’ve heard some good things about turbo fire, which is a program that help you burn calories 9 times faster than other cardio workout program. I’m going to try this workout because it seems like something that can help reach my goal. I’ve done cardio workout in the past, but it usually takes a while to see results, so I’m hoping that this workout does what it claims it can do.
